What it is not for
Micro-Sign creates simple electronic signatures (SES). Agreements that Swiss law requires in written form or with a notary need a handwritten (or qualified electronic) signature, for example: surety (Bürgschaft), assignment of claims, non-compete clauses, landlord terminations and rent increases on the official form, consumer credit, property purchases.
